Extremely easy to install the rack into our new hitch. Easy to mount the bikes and to do so securely. The rack was completely stable for the entire 3-hr. highway ride at avg. speeds of 65 - 75 mph. The ability to tilt the rack to access the truck area is awesome and could even be handled by our 9-1/2 y.o. child. The rack is light, easy to install, stable, and secure, with great features.

I switched from a sedan to SUV and needed a new rack. I had my first Saris product for 5 years and it never let me down. So when I needed a new rack, there was no doubt that I was going to shop with Saris! I'm a fan of the Bones hitch 4 as it fits multiple hitch sizes, the bikes are very secure, easy to install (I take mine off after every trip), and the hitch lift feature is very easy to use. We really only need the hitch for 2 bikes...but the price for a 4 bike was very economical and gives us the extra room to have friends join!
Comments:
I bought the 3 bike. Make sure you know exactly the kinds of bikes you'll be mounting. Some of the newer kids bikes can be tough. My 6 year old grandson's BMX was very difficult as it's very small.. My granddaughters beach cruiser didn't make the cut, This was my first bike rack ever, and it would have been nice if someone mentioned I needed a crossbar adapter for a girls bike. That aside. I did take a 1000 mile trip myself and the unit held up no problem,. My only real complaint is the attaching straps. While secure they're not easy, at least at first. And the strap you attach to the upright post is very difficult to close and harder to unfasten and that's for a standard bike. The kids bikes which are smaller makes it tough to close the strap and tougher to unclasp.

Comments:
This is overall a great bike rack. I have had no problems, and it has been very easy to use. Thanks to the smart design, I am able to leave it on my car at all times. Any time I want to bring my bikes out, it takes less than a few minutes to get the arms positioned, and the bikes on.
